Jordan Stein is an independent curator, author of Rip Tales: Jay DeFeo’s Estocada and Other Pieces (Soberscove Press, 2021) and founder of Cushion Works, an exhibition space in San Francisco’s Mission District. Prior to this he was a curator at the Renaissance Society at the University of Chicago.
Kate Horsfield is best known for cofounding the Video Data Bank in 1976, an international video art distribution organization. She taught at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, the University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of Texas at Austin.
