Returns are accepted up to 30 days after receipt of merchandise for items in original condition. Please note: the item returned must be in its original packaging in saleable condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Sale items are final sale and not returnable except when damaged or defective. Please follow the instructions on the packing list and complete and include the “return reason” section when sending your order back. We suggest shipping your return back to us via insured, traceable means. Use of our convenient pre-paid return shipping label is $9.95 per package, which will be deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for shipping returns back to us unless items are damaged or defective (see below). If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 312-397-4000 to initiate prompt resolution of the situation. Do not discard the damaged item, the carton it arrived in, the packing material, or the paperwork. Please do not return damaged items to the MCA Store at 220 E. Chicago Avenue until we ask you to do so. Sale items are non-returnable except when damaged or defective. Some other items are non-returnable, as noted in the product information. We reserve the right to cancel orders.
