Isabelle Gougenheim

Born and raised in the fashion capital of France, Isabelle Gougenheim uses fabric as a medium to express her creativity and passion. Her sketches are brought to life on luxurious silk and modal fabric, creating wearable works of art that are both multi-faceted and multi-functional. From scarves that can be easily transformed into belts or headbands to reversible jackets with hidden surprises, each of Gougenheim's designs encourages exploration and self-expression. In Gougenheim's words: "I consider art an opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations with the world today. I feel like random everyday life moments can become the best design ideas, so I try to grasp for inspiration everywhere I can find it."
