Crafted with a luxurious blend of black garlic juice, apple cider vinegar, gluten-free tamari, salt, Agar-agar, natural garlic extract, and locust bean gum, Food Crayon Umami Duo's Black Garlic Crayon is a soy-based delicacy.

Culinary artistry is at the heart of the Miso crayon, crafted using a blend of water, white vinegar, salt, Agar-agar, miso paste, miso powder, gluten-free tamari, locust bean gum, and, of course, soy.

Usage
Take your plates, desserts, and drinks up a notch by merely sharpening the crayons to acquire shavings for delightful presentation.

How many shavings
For plates, use 5 to 10 shavings. For bite-sized servings or drinks, 1 or 2 shavings will suffice.

Shelf Life and Storage
Food Crayons have a shelf life of up to 12 months. After opening, store them in their tube in the refrigerator to preserve their freshness.

They take care of the development of the recipes and the manufacture the Food Crayons in small batches where everything is handmade.
