Gift wrapping can be selected at checkout for an additional $5.95 per item. Some large items may not be eligible for gift wrapping. A complimentary gift message entered at checkout will be included with any order, sent directly to the gift recipient.

Yes, we ship to Australia, France, Germany, Japan, United Kingdom, and Canada. If you would like to ship to a country that is not listed, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We ship all international orders with tracking and insurance at our best rate to your address via UPS, USPS or DHL. Most products can be shipped to international addresses. All UPS and DHL orders are trackable. The recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT), which are collected by the carrier upon delivery. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and its destination.

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after receipt of merchandise for items in original condition. Please note: the item returned must be in its original packaging in saleable condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Sale items are final sale and not returnable except when damaged or defective. Please follow the instructions on the packing list and complete and include the “return reason” section when sending your order back. We suggest shipping your return back to us via insured, traceable means. Use of our convenient pre-paid return shipping label is $9.95 per package, which will be deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for shipping returns back to us unless items are damaged or defective (see below).
