Yes, we ship internationally. We ship all international orders with tracking and insurance at our best rate to your address via UPS Ground, UPS Standard or DHL. Most products can be shipped to international addresses. All UPS and DHL orders are trackable. The recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT), which are collected by the carrier upon delivery. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and its destination. The shipping charge may be amended at a later date based on the weight and the geographic shipping location of the order. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination. Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control, including delays by the carrier or delivery company, supply chain issues, weather, traffic, and other factors.

Yes! Select curbside pickup at checkout for this option. Curbside pickup is offered Tuesday–Saturday, 10 am–4 pm. 

Ground orders to the contiguous United States normally arrive in 3–8 business days after they have shipped.* Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard service. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. *Pending credit card approval. We do not ship to PO boxes. Please allow one extra business day for orders with gift wrap. Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control, including delays by the carrier or delivery company, supply chain issues, weather, traffic, and other factors.

Second Day Air orders normally arrive in 2 business days (by the end of the second business day) after they have shipped. Second Day Air orders placed by 6 am Monday–Friday CST normally ship the same day.* Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Second Day Air service, unless noted otherwise in the product copy. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Example: your order is placed at 4 pm Monday. It ships Tuesday and arrives two business days later, on Thursday.

*For orders to continental US destinations, for in-stock items, pending credit card approval.

Express shipping is not available for international orders. Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control, including delays by the carrier or delivery company, supply chain issues, weather, traffic, and other factors.

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after receipt of merchandise for items in original condition. For purchases made after November 10, 2023 we are accepting returns through January 31, 2023. Please note: the item returned must be in its original packaging in saleable condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Sale items are final sale and not returnable except when damaged or defective. Please follow the instructions on the packing list and complete and include the “return reason” section when sending your order back. We suggest shipping your return back to us via insured, traceable means if not using the self-serve return label. Click here to access new customer account to create your own self-serve return label for items not damaged or defective.

If you have questions about a return or shipment, please send emails to orders@mcachicago.org. Please include as much information as possible in the email, including your order number. Customers are responsible for shipping returns back to us even if items are damaged or defective (see below).

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send an email to orders@mcachicago.org or call 312-397-4000 to initiate prompt resolution of the situation. Do not discard the damaged item, the carton it arrived in, the packing material, or the paperwork. Please do not return damaged items to the MCA Store at 220 E. Chicago Avenue until we ask you to do so. Sale items are non-returnable except when damaged or defective. Some other items are non-returnable, as noted in the product information. We reserve the right to cancel orders.
